I’ve really enjoyed this course – especially the practical elements within each session, where procrastination was not available to me… The main thing was – I did get writing and managed all the set homework and it has opened my eyes to a variety of styles and methods.

Facilitator: Andrew L Reynolds

“The scariest moment is always just before you start. After that, things can only get better.” Stephen King

Get Writing is our core course that’s all about encouraging you to overcome the blocks, put pen to paper and develop your own creative writing. Each week we look at an aspect of the craft that will help you to express your ideas, memories and stories on the page.

Exercises in class and to try at home will give you a chance to put theory into practice and you’ll have an opportunity to share your work, if you wish, in a friendly, supportive and constructive environment.
